I’ve loved my first experience of a ‘Wellness’ program. I achieved my goals of loosing weight and improved muscle tone. The proof is shown by wearing clothes that had become a size too small. I am definitely feeling motivated to continue on my wellness journey back to optimum health. Highly recommend this program.

From the moment you are welcomed into the premises there's a sense of comfort and relaxation. As a complete newbie into the services offered by Peninsula Wellness Co, I was somewhat apprehensive arriving into the unknown! Belinda welcomed me with such grace, warmth and a presence of calm, understanding and support. Whatever option you choose, they're clearly explained, the what, the why and the how. I felt supported through my entire journey and wellness plan. I've seen fantastic results and would highly recommend trying it out for yourself. I really look forward to my sessions, prioritising my health and wellness has been a game changer for me. With the help and support from Peninsula Wellness Co, I feel stronger, and more 'able'.

I did a program with Belinda which included cryo slimming and EMS session, so happy with the results, Belinda was so warm and friendly and made me feel very relaxed during the sessions. This was a start off in looking after myself, eating better and just feeling more energised. At the end of my sessions I was amazed at the incredible result. So so happy. - I lost 5.4cm from my upper waist area. - lost 9.2vm from my lower waist area. - lost 10.7cm from my hips/gluts region. Would 💯 percent definately recommend. Thank you .🤩

After suffering from severe chronic pain, receiving chiropractic care, physiotherapy, rehabilitation Pilates and endless walking, I was continually in pain that clouded my mind and was unable to strengthen my core and glutes which was required to assist with my fractured L5. I found Peninsula Wellness Co on Facebook and watched a client testimony. I thought I would give it ago as exercise seemed to make my situation worse. EMS has been a game changer, it has helped with my pain, and has strengthened my core and glutes without creating further pain and discomfort. After EMS treatment my shoulder and lower back pain decreased and it began to disappear for days. The relief is a God send as I was starting to lose all hope. To say I am thankful for this treatment is an understatement. It came in to my life when I was no longer able to bear the pain. I have been pain free for a few days now, I am back to my cheerful self. I am feeling so thankful and blessed.

I have just started working with Belinda. I have RA and have not done any physical work due to chronic pain, fatigue and depression. Bel has talked me through EMS and I feel safe in her hands and with her knowledge I believe we can continue to work together. I’m looking forward to my new experience.
