Progress without strain: Suzy’s six-session PWC Method™ story

Suzy’s six-session body transformation before and after at Peninsula Wellness Co. on the Mornington Peninsula.

At 60, Suzy wanted to reduce the changes she had noticed around her abdomen, improve her body composition and feel stronger.

She had recently returned to the gym, but foot injuries meant strenuous or high-impact exercise was not an appropriate option.

Suzy did not want to stop making progress. She needed a different way to begin—one that worked within her current physical limitations rather than adding more stress to her body.

Measuring Suzy’s starting point

Suzy began with a Styku 3D body scan at Peninsula Wellness Co. on the Mornington Peninsula.

The scan mapped her body shape, composition and regional measurements, giving Belinda a clearer understanding of Suzy’s starting point and the areas she most wanted to address.

From there, a personalised PWC Method™ plan was created around Suzy’s body, lifestyle and exercise limitations.

What did Suzy’s program include?

Across six personally guided visits, Suzy’s program incorporated:

  • Styku 3D body scanning and progress measurement

  • Targeted Cryo Body Shaping for her selected abdominal area

  • Wonder Axon EMS to support muscle activation across multiple muscle groups

  • Personalised, data-led nutrition guidance

  • Ongoing support from Belinda

The purpose was not to replace the broader health benefits of exercise. It was to provide Suzy with an accessible and supported approach while strenuous training was limited by her foot injuries.

Suzy’s measured results

After six sessions, Suzy’s follow-up Styku scan recorded:

  • 12.4cm reduction across her lower-belly regional measurement

  • 1.1 percentage-point increase in estimated lean mass

  • 1.1 percentage-point reduction in estimated body fat

Her before-and-after images also show visible change through her abdomen and overall body shape.

Progress built around her body

Suzy’s result shows that a physical limitation does not necessarily mean progress has to stop. The right starting point may look different for every woman. For Suzy, it meant measurement, non-invasive technology, nutrition and personal guidance, without jumping, lifting or pushing through foot pain.

It was not about punishing her body or finding a quick fix. It was about creating measurable progress in a way that felt appropriate, supportive and sustainable for her.

Could your starting point look different too?

You do not need to know which treatment you need or commit to a program before you begin.

Activate™ is a private 90-minute assessment and introductory experience designed to understand your goals, establish your baseline and determine which elements of the PWC Method™ may be appropriate.
